(1 free per adult pass) Adult must be with Toddler at all times.Passes that require a ID is required at time of pick-up. Passes are non-transferable. Season passes are not valid at the snow tubing park. To use your pass during February & March 2017 simply stop by the ticket window to receive a daily temporary season pass. Hard Pass Pick-Up Starting in October: email us a picture or stop by to get your picture taken. Passes will be available for pick-up anytime after Thanksgiving. In order to pick up your pass you will need to watch our KNOW THE CODE VIDEO and complete the waiver. This must be done every season and complete by everyone ages 5 and up.Lost Passes: In the event you lose or forget your pass; we will issue a temporary passes for 3 visits. On the fourth visit you will be required to pay the $25.00 lost pass/reprint fee.Refunds: If for medical reasons, a skier/rider requests a refund, it will be pro-rated for the first 20 days of ski area operation. When twenty (20) days of operations are reached, there will be no refunds including for medical reasons. Notification of non-participation must be received by Yawgoo Valley within 14 days of injury. A licensed Doctor of medicine must document injury/sickness of a Pass holder preventing his/her participation in skiing/riding. Medical Refund requests will not be accepted after 14 days post injury. Refunds will not be processed until the pass has been turned in. A Medical Certificate providing the injury date and the prognosis stating that the pass holder is unable to participate in skiing/riding due to the injury.
